this post reveals how we in india live ...Jai Hind..
this post reveals how we in india live as one....

@priyanka....i dont think u have been able to understand the idea....

the photograph tells u how hindus and muslims live in symbiosis in india...it seems to be a real photograph and not a purposely clicked one.... so u arguement that y has the muslim been shown to be repairing a hindu's bike and not vicer versa becomes precarious

i guess anyone with a minimal intellect can understand the intentions of the author of the post....

i can see above hindus as well as muslims appreciating the post...but still cant make out what problem do you have(see how beautifully kagaz ki kashti has written buttressing the post) with the post

as far as encouraging the muslims for education is concerned....

The indian govt has launched various schemes open to all communities....

Indian govt promotes primary education through various schemes such as mid day meal scheme...nominal fee structure....day boarding schools....evening school for childrem who cant attend morning schools for their own reasons....the benefits of these schemes are available to all sections of the society....

as far as you talk of projecting and popularizing the good face of muslims what do you think this photograph is intended for....its just about your perspective...in my opinion the author wants to show friendly, affable, affectionate and pacific nature of the muslims of india...through that smile on the face of my fellow indian brother muslim(owner of shop)

and as far as association of the muslim brother with the shop is concerned i guess he is the PROUD owner of the shop....

the last point is the only fact where i find some truth....yes an equally big chunk of hindus are illiterate, backward, poor and orthodox thats the reason govt is running those development programs that are not specifically for a specific community....

the development programs are open to all members of all communities...the govt wants all communities to indiscriminately benefit from its schemes aimed at providing the country as a whole a better future

india sees itself as a superpower by 2020 and it is very much possible with the work force and diaspora it has....!

but a large, skilled and economic workcforce is just not sufficient for the fulfilment of the purpose....

what we need the most today to reach our goal is unity

unity between all sections of the indian society...

a few steps...a few absolvations...a few pacifications and a few appeasements...thats it...the recipe for a pacific india

To all my Brother indians...

may be the history of our relations between our communities hasnt been the best....
but today its in our hands to make the present and future of the relations between our communities the best....for the creation of a better india...a better india for us...for our children...and for our generations....!

jai hind..Kapil_jai hindnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14053277.post-14764548617711994332009-08-30T00:57:03.752+05:302009-08-30T00:57:03.752+05:30Agree with you, "Perhpas, the moral is that, ...Agree with you, "Perhpas, the moral is that, one may identify himself as anything--a liberal or a staunch follower of his religion, but we can't do without each other".

We are all interdependent and religion should have only one purpose and that is to highlight this unifying fact and NOT focus on the different rituals that we follow or the different mythology that we are exposed to.

I was born in a Hindu family in a hospital where employees of every faith tended to me; the medicines that I consumed were researched, manufactured, distributed and retailed by people of many faiths; the food that I eat - who grows it; who markets it; who makes the bread - whats his or her faith; the water that I drink - who brings it to my tap; what's his faith - as a matter of fact anything I do in life to survive and to prosper is possible only because of others - does my faith matter beyond my personal belief?

Talking of a Muslim mechanic, I had an experience once that has stayed with me. This experience is posted here.

http://myphilosphicalthoughts.blogspot.com/2008/09/work-is-worship.htmlJ P Joshihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08806649492059145583noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14053277.post-61795972114054555452009-08-08T12:51:27.702+05:302009-08-08T12:51:27.702+05:30Life is short enjoy it, put aside hindu muslim thi...Life is short enjoy it, put aside hindu muslim thing.pankajnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14053277.post-68381627182810715462009-08-01T03:00:31.562+05:302009-08-01T03:00:31.562+05:30Kagaz ki Kashti, Priyanka, Shafiq, Spience: Thanks...Kagaz ki Kashti, Priyanka, Shafiq, Spience: Thanks for your comments. Photography, as a medium: and this photograph in particular also..do not give me any answers..or any morale..or any conclusion.
